Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator and Order Processing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Order Management: Review client purchase orders against final negotiations conducted by the sales team, resolving any discrepancies before releasing internal orders.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, coordinating administrative tasks and site activities across all project phases.
• Commercial Coordination: Manage commercial terms by arranging invoices, collecting advance payments, and coordinating client inspections as required.
• Order Processing: Oversee and process customer orders in coordination with the sales team, operations team, and clients, ensuring all steps are meticulously followed.
• Technical Coordination: Prepare drawings based on engineers’ site visits with the assistance of AutoCAD draftsmen, securing client approvals, and coordinating with the factory for timely manufacturing and dispatch.
• Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor and adjust project schedules, maintain document control, track project activities, and facilitate team communication.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange for the dispatch of products to the client’s site, ensuring timely delivery, site preparation, and installation coordination.
• Final Handover: Ensure the successful and satisfactory handover of projects to clients, filing all relevant project documents, both hard and soft copies.

Qualities Required:

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with fluency in the native language.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, technical specifications, and various Indian & International standards.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively.
• Project Management: Multi-tasking abilities with experience in maintaining project schedules and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Engineering Expertise: Knowledge of product design and engineering, with exposure to design engineering being a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech degree or a Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Structural, Production, Civil, or Electrical fields).
• Additional Qualifications: PG Diploma in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, order processing, or a related field.
