Job Description:

  • End-to-end ownership of an international order lifecycle, from enquiry generation to order finalization.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and generate leads.
  • Contact prospective clients and deliver compelling presentations to introduce our range of products and services.
  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our range of products to clients across industries.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of contracts and agreements with international clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure successful execution of sales and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain records of interactions with customers and its status for follow-up in internal SAP systems.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

Qualification:

  • Experience in International Sales
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English (English Medium Education from KG STD preferred)
  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Convincing and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel in India and abroad on short notice
  • Experience in product sales, preferably in channel sales
