An Edge of Dock Leveler is a compact and easy-to-install solution designed to bridge the gap between a loading dock and a vehicle, enabling smooth loading and unloading. Unlike full-size dock levelers, these levelers are installed directly at the edge of the dock, offering a convenient and cost-effective solution for smaller docks with minimal height difference between the dock and the vehicle.

Gandhi Automation’s Edge of Dock Leveller is available in two operation types: manual and hydraulic. The manual version is equipped with a gas spring, ensuring smooth and easy operation without the need for external power. The hydraulic model features a hydraulic cylinder with a power pack, allowing for quick operation with just a one-push button, ideal for high-traffic, fast-paced environments.
Our edge of dock levelers offer a working range of 100 mm above and below the dock, accommodating various vehicle heights. These levelers come with multiple capacity options to suit different loading needs, including:

• 6t point load (15t evenly distributed)
• 9t point load (22t evenly distributed)
• MAXI 12t point load

These capacity options ensure that our levelers can handle various load requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency in operation.
